Pipe jacking, or micro-tunneling as it is also known, is methodology used to install underground pipelines with minimum surface disruption. Designed to withstand extreme pressure, these reinforced concrete pipes are placed using hydraulic jacks. Once in place they are used to house a variety of different conduits which include:

  • Road culverts
  • Rail culverts
  • Stormwater pipelines
  • Sewerage pipelines
  • Utilities and comms
Our jacking pipes are all manufactured to ISO AS/NZS 4058:2007 in our world class Singapore based precast concreting facility. We can manufacture pipes with a minimum internal diameter of 300mm in increments of 100mm up to 3000mm. See below for jacking pipe specifications.
